Can I add my own logo to quotes?

Yes — with GoFix Pro. Upload your business logo in Settings and it will appear on every PDF quote you generate. Free users get the GoFix text logo on their PDFs.

1. About GoFix

GoFix ("we", "us", "our") is a web-based quoting and job management application designed for UK sole traders and small trade businesses. GoFix is operated by RAVE AI. By creating an account and using GoFix, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and based in the United Kingdom to use GoFix. By using GoFix you confirm that you meet these requirements. GoFix is intended for business use by tradespeople and service professionals, not for personal or consumer use.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Pro Plans

GoFix offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at £4.99 per month. The Pro plan unlocks additional features including logo upload, comprehensive business profile, and enhanced PDF invoices. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GoFix to generate fraudulent quotes or invoices, impersonate another business, transmit malicious code, or engage in any activity that violates applicable UK law. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within GoFix is owned by RAVE AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you input into GoFix (your quotes, client details, and business information). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoFix is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we exclude all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of GoFix, including loss of profits or business data. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of GoFix after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
